What: This week the Boys Soccer team will host two crucial games against conference foes Caledonia and East Kentwood on Monday and Wednesday, respectively. Both of these games are crucial if the Bucs’ want to have a share of the O.K. Red conference title. These are the last two games of the regular season, very important for seniors who are playing their last games to give 100% effort in preparation for Districts.

Where: Both of these games take place at Grand Haven, giving the Bucs’ home-field advantage. The Duel against Caledonia will be on Monday at 7:15pm, following conclusion of the JV game. Senior night against East Kentwood on Wednesday will also be at 7:15pm.

They said it: “Next week is obviously a big week for us,” senior forward Ethan King said. “We have a great group of guys and a lot of talent as well. If we can continue to fire on all cylinders both physically and mentally, we will be able to be successful in our last two games.”

Up Next: The Bucs will move on to District play on October 20th at Mona Shores, where they have been given a bye first round, and will play the winner of Jenison and West Ottawa.
