What: Seven riders, four days, countless hours and only one team can come out on top.  This weekend, the equestrian team will compete in class B hoping for a second straight state title. They will face strong competition from Traverse City St. Francis , Gull Lake and Berrien Springs.  For seniors Rya Greene, Lily Atkinson and Ali Ruble it’s their last shot to replicate another state championship.

Where: The meet will be hosted in Midland Michigan, stretching on from Oct.13 h through 1 Oct. 15. Each day the meet will start at 8 a.m.and finish around 5 p.m.

They said it: “Your mindset going in is,” said Ruble. “Well you want to win, you want to stay focused, and we don’t want anything else to ruin the experience. Our results are hopefully to be state champions again.
