iCreate 360 prepares for live auction

The iCreate class will be hosting their yearly product auction this Tuesday, May 18 to sell their paddle boards and longboards that they have handmade in the last year.

The auction will be held at 7 p.m. in upstairs of Puerto Bello. Anyone is invited to attend. It will be a silent auction with bid sheets on the tables that buyers may use until the auction is over.

“There’s 30 products total, and those 30 products will be sold in three waves,” iCreate teacher Jeremy Case said. “The first wave of products will have a certain time that they will be sold. Then there will be a second wave and so on.”

There will also be an online auction in which buyers can make their bids up until five minutes before the auction is done. This means that buyers at the location will have five extra minutes to outbid online buyers.

“Our paddle boards are going to start at $600,” Case said. “Our longboards are going to start at $150. We’ve had some [paddle boards] sell for as much as $1000. It’s usually $150-$300 for longboards.”
