Early College Info for Sophomores

Caleb Berko, Managing Editor

44 sophomore students turned out to the LGI this past Tuesday to learn more about the early college program that GHAPS offers to its students.

“[We’re] looking for students who would not normally have this opportunity,” adviser Susan Tater said. “That being said, it’s not the best fit for everyone.”

The program is offered annually to current sophomores. There is a long application process and many holes to jump through to be considered for a spot, which are few in number.

Those that are interested in learning more about this program should have their parents attend the informational meeting on January 15 at 6:30 pm. It will take place at the OAISD Educational Service Building on 13565 Port Sheldon Rd.
