After a sweeping victory, the varsity volleyball team is the district champion. They beat Kenowa Hills three sets to zero.
“It felt good to win,” junior Amy Kober said. “We didn’t play our absolute best but we were happy with winning and playing together.”
Next Thursday the team will take on Rockford. They have played this team six times, winning four of the encounters.
“Every time we’ve played them it’s gone to the last two points to decide the game,” Kober said. “It’s going to be a very tight game.”
