Soccer team tops Holland 2-0

What Happened:  Grand Haven carried over their energy from Tuesday night’s win over Mona Shores to Thursday night’s contest against the Holland Dutch. The Bucs came out hot scoring two goals in the first half before cooling off and coasting to the finish. Goaltender Garrison Mast kept the Dutch scoreless on the game with four saves. The boys stay undefeated and now hold a 5-0-1 record.

Player of the Game: Senior Cam Lund scored one goal and also had an assist on the night.

Key Contributors: Junior Connor Jettner scored the first goal off a header. Lund scored on an assist from senior Isaac Braak with ten minutes to play in the first half.

Up Next: The Bucs travel to West Ottawa to face off against the Panthers at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
