WHAT’S HAPPENING: After placing fourth at regionals, juniors Mitch Bosgraaf and Jack Hardebeck are headed to states on Monday. Bosgraaf will be slalom and giant slalom skiing at states, and Hardebeck will be giant slalom skiing. Focusing on what they have been doing all year and being able to ski a clean line means everything right now for the both of them.

THEY SAID IT: “It feels great to be at this point,” Hardebeck said. “There are a lot of good athletes participating at this event. The key is to keep a strong mindset. We can’t let anything get into our heads. We have to ski like we have been all year long and not fall under pressure.”

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: This meet will be Bosgraaf’s third straight appearance at states. The meet is Monday, February 25 and will be taking place at Schuss Mountain in Shanty Creek Resort at 9 a.m.
