What Happened in Last Week’s Meet: The Bucs beat East Kentwood with a score of 190-112

What Does This Mean: The team is ranked 2nd in the state in division one with 4-1 record.

Key Swimmers/ Divers : Junior Grace Ackerman who swims distance and junior Rosalee Springer who swims 100 yard freestyle who are both returning all state champions. Sophomore Maya Deaton is also very close to becoming a state qualifier for diving.

 They Said It: “Obviously the number one goal is that every kid has fun” said coach Doug Thorne. “Hopefully they get something out of the sport of swimming that can last them a lifetime as far as hard work and dedication”
