On Feb. 25 and 26, the drama team performed “The Foreigner” in the new Buccaneer Little Theater, also known as the old ensemble room.

This humor filled play featured junior Erik Livingston as ‘The Foreigner’ Charlie, who arrives in Georgia by the force of his friend Froggy, played by sophomore Bobby Fisher. Charlie’s sullen mood and silence towards the townspeople causes Froggy to tell everyone that he can not speak English. Not thinking Charlie can understand them, the KKK unfolds their devious plans in front of him.

Also featured are sophomores Larenya Plescher and Kensley Schenkel, who play the leads Catherine and Betty.

“The Foreigner” left the audience laughing out loud at the fun-filled and hilarious plot.

“The play was phenomenal, the whole cast really made it shine through their individual characters and allowed for us to have a hilarious show,” Livingston said.
