The Concert and Symphony orchestras will be having their annual Halloween Concert on Oct. 30 at 7 p.m.. This year the concert will be movie themed. The PAC will be fully decorated, with a bake sale before the concert, and lots of candy. Costume and jack-o-lantern contests with prizes will also be taken place during the concert. Admission is free.
“The students have turned it into this, not me.” Orchestra Director, Melissa Meyers said. “It’s because of the students that want to do this, and they always want to do a bigger and better thing every year.”
The bake sale will open at 6 p.m. and judging for the costume contest is at 6:45 p.m.. The Orchestra is accepting donations of candy and decorations from any non-orchestra students also.
“It’s really fun for us to get into this, but a lot of work.” Meyers said. “Anybody, young or old is going to love it, and it’s going to be a great time.”
