Yearbook hashtag on Instagram allows for student submission

Students with Instagram accounts now have the opportunity to submit photos to the yearbook, using the hashtag #ghhsyearbook on their photo.

“We are going to be putting the Instagram photos on our divider pages, and  possibly sprinkled throughout the rest of our pages,” teacher Lindsey Ruiter said. “So we could potentially end up using close to 100 Instagrams.”

The yearbook will be accepting pictures of anything from sporting events, to students hanging out on the weekends, to things kids are doing in classes and clubs.

“We really would like for students all throughout the school to submit photos, so we can get a greater variety of student photos in the yearbook,” Ruiter said.
