The Winter formal date is set for Saturday, February 8, 2020. 

“For some reason, it’s more ninth and tenth graders and less upper-class kids,” Puleo said. ”So they saw a lot of other schools that do a dance in the winter dance later in the year. So they thought, let’s try February.” 

Student Senate made this decision because most people are gone for the holidays. 

“During the holidays like doing in December, everybody’s already out doing all kinds of stuff,” Puleo said.

Due to this lack of upperclassmen attending Winter Formal, the push back to February seemed like the best way to get more people to come.
