Last week, students from all around the world-including Grand Haven gathered during all lunches in teacher Ben Lawrence’s room for a ‘get to know you’ meeting set up by Lawrence and the Ambassador club.

The atmosphere of the room was energetic and buzzing with conversation, and pizza scented.

“You have three goals,” Lawrence said “One, meet new people, two, exchange information-if you have a phone that should be out right now getting people’s phone numbers-and three, eat,eat,eat!”

The Ambassador club, along with spanish teacher Kirsten Montroy were the key players in the meet and greet. Students, both traditional and exchange enjoyed the lunch.

“I loved it and said so much fun,” said Junior Hannah Kenny said.
