What: The Buccaneer baseball team fell to the Grandville Bulldogs in a lopsided, 10-1 game. This loss puts the Bucs at an 0-3 record to start the season. Poor pitching and errors in the field contributed to runs scored early for the Bulldogs, and with a lack of offense for the Bucs, they were unable to recover.

They said it: “I know that we can still work as a team and that last night really gave some guys a chance to prove themselves and earn a spot in the lineup,” Senior Hunter Brown said.

Up Next: This Saturday the Bucs will head over to West Ottawa high school for tournament action where they will open up against Zeeland East.
