Popular winter sports locations
As a student in Michigan snow days are one of the most favorite things among students in the wintertime. Asking teachers and administrators if there will be school tomorrow is a popular topic to bring up in class.
The majority of students take part in winter sports. Whether it’s perfecting their tricks or learning how to start you can always find someone on the slopes.
Some of the most popular areas to partake in winter sports for students are Mulligans Hollow and the Winter Sports Complex in Muskegon.
Mulligan’s Hollow is one of the best options for students due to less travel and less payment required. Day passes are $15 to $20 depending on the day you hit the slopes. Times are 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday and Friday. On weekends times are 12:00 to 5:00.
The Winter Sports Complex has many different opportunities to fill your day up. From the luge, cross country skiing, ice skating, to snowshoeing there is truly something for everyone. The total cost for all the events is $88 (including lessons for luge). Times for participating in sports are 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
