WHAT: The Buccaneer boys lacrosse team split  two games last week, losing to Grandville 11-4 and knocking down West Ottawa 12-3.

WHAT THIS MEANS: The team advances to 4-6 on the year.

KEY PLAYERS: Senior Max Sepeshy scored a goal in the victory over the panthers of West Ottawa. Freshman Dominic Jerovsek put in three goals against West Ottawa.

THEY SAID IT: “Our team has not fully developed yet I feel like, “ Senior Max Sepeshy said. “But this win against West Ottawa is huge for us.”

UP NEXT: On Tuesday May 7, the Bucs play host to Zeeland West, who is 7-4.
