Rotary Snow Jam: A Friday night euchre tournament and Saturday ice skating, sledding, live music, hockey, and a dart tournament will make up this year’s Snow Jam Festival at Spring Lake Central Park. More information can be found at rotarysnowjam.com.

Music: The Grand Valley State University Music Ensemble is holding a live concert at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Loutit District Library. Admission is free for the concert which will feature flute, clarinet, piano, violin, cello, and percussion.

Role playing: Saturday Role playing Afternoon will be held in Loutit District Library’s Program Room B at 12 p.m. on Saturday. Beginners are welcome to the event which is open to adults and teens. Pathfinder RPG system will be the first system used.

Valentine’s Day Specials: Grand Seafood & Oyster Bar, The Dee Lite, and The Theatre Bar (all on Washington Ave. downtown) are all serving a special menu from Friday to Sunday. Festive dishes include Crazy Love Oysters and the Sweetheart Salad.

Flowers: Grand Haven Garden House on Beacon Blvd. has plenty of unique flower arrangements available crafted specifically for Valentine’s Day.
