Seniors will have the opportunity to pick up an honor cord or cowl in the main office for graduation beginning May 3. Cords can be purchased for $10 and cowls for $15.

Seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA are eligible for a cord or cowl. Those who fall between the 3.0-3.699 GPA range are eligible for a cord while those with a 3.7 GPA or higher are eligible for a cowl for graduation.

“It shows you put a lot of time and effort,” Assistant Principal Mike Roberson said. “It’s not an easy task to do and it takes a lot of commitment.”
