Sophomore Macy Swiftney is a first year staff member on the Bucs’ Blade. She is looking forward to learning more and meeting new people this year. Macy is friendly, on task and energetic. She plays basketball, golf, dances at Spotlight Dance Academy and is involved with Catalina. While she is outside of school she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, as well as going to the beach and watching sunsets. Macy loves capturing important moments that tell stories through photography as well as expressing herself through writing. In the future she hopes to go to college to someday become an OBGYN nurse, taking after her sister-in-law.

Zac Holman consistently trains to become a better player than he was the year before. “I workout a lot in the off season,” said Holman. “I just go to the gym, shoot, work on ball handling. I play a lot of pick up games because I think playing is the best way to get better. I also lift, get stronger, go to IMove four times a week in the summer.”
