The boys basketball program recently held their annual fundraiser at Lakeshore Middle school.

“We enjoy it every single year because we get to play against past alumni that have gone here or we get to play against little kids like the future of the Grand Haven program,” senior Owen Ross said. “We have a lot of fun with it and it’s pretty successful every year.

Businesses support the fundraiser by purchasing a time slot to play against one of the three levels of the boys basketball program. The business can either create a team or one will be provided.

“Again this year we have several sponsors in the community,” head coach Greg Immink said. “We’re fortunate to live in a place where the community is supportive of their school athletic programs.”

The Bucs will kick off their season away against Reeths Puffer on December 13.
