The burpee is an exercise that works your quads, calves, pecs and builds your core strength.
Every morning, you can start by doing intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Repeat this continuously over the span of 30 days to create a habit and build strength. As the exercise becomes easier, it is important to increase the amount of intervals.
