Ever wonder what every sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings tasted like? We did too, so we sent reporter Landon Hudson to taste test every single flavor. Here are her results.

Sweet BBQ– the mildest of the sauces, but also the classic. It’s smooth, with a slight kick- perfect for those who love the traditional taste, but not the spice.

Thai Curry– it is on the spicier side, the taste of curry is pretty powerful, and there is also some cayen pepper, giving this sauce bold flavor.

Hot BBQ– the name fits it perfectly- it starts out sweet, and then gives your mouth a zing-feel, with a hot kick at the end of the bite. A nice choice for those who enjoy both sweet and spicy sauces.

Spicy Garlic– the taste of vinegar in the beginning is almost overpowering, giving this sauce a very citrus-like taste. However, it does have that punch of spice at the end, if you can get over the vinegar taste.

Mango Habanero– a very hot sauce because of the habanero pepper, but gives you a sweet taste at the beginning- almost tricking your mouth. The taste of the habanero pepper does stay in your throat for a while, so I personally wouldn’t be dunking all of my chicken in this sauce.

Jammin’ Jalapeno– tastes similar to very hot tobasco sauce,  giving me a slight stomach ache at the end of the bite. The taste of this dipping will stay in your mouth for a while- and that’s not a good thing. Personally, I’d pass up this sauce, but if you are looking for a spicier, unique taste, try the Thai Curry.

Honey BBQ– a very sweet sauce that compliments the chicken well, with a nice amount of spice. This is more of a classic Buffalo Wild Wings dipping, however the taste gets a bit old for me after a few bites.

Asian Zing– it is spicier, and reminds me of a hot plum sauce from a chinese restaurant. Is it unique? Yes. However,  I would prefer it on an ethnic food rather than some boneless chicken.

Teriyaki– a sweet, smokey sauce, with a ginger taste, suitable for other sorts of meat besides chicken.

Mild– has an almost sour taste at the beginning, however one of my favorites. It’s not very spicy, but you can definitely taste some vinegar.

Medium– perfectly named, this sauce has enough kick without feeling like your mouth is on fire. Those who sample this can expect a hotter after taste.

Carribbean Jerk– it tastes exactly like molasses. This sauce reminds me more of gingerbread cookies than a dipping for my chicken. Very sweet.

Parmesian Garlic– tastes very similar to caesar salad dressing, personally I think it would be better suited for salad rather than a sauce for chicken.

Hot– a very spicy BBQ- like sauce, that starts off pretty mellow but seems to burn your mouth even after you swallow.

Wild– much cooler than Blazin’, it is not the hottest of them all but has a strong kick I would use this sauce in moderation,  one bite was suitable for me.

Blazin’– insanely hot. It’s pretty much like your mouth is on fire. I tried the tiniest taste and nearly cried. This is the kind of sauce that you would dare someone to try, just to see their facial expression. This sauce is almost inedible as it scorches your throat. Be careful with this one.
