Incoming freshmen get chance to explore interests

Incoming freshmen night is this upcoming Thursday, March 20. Current eighth graders are able to explore available clubs and academic opportunities. For their parents, it’s an informational meeting to help them with their child’s scheduling registration process.

The activity fair for the students will take place in the field house at  7pm. The information will also be online for those not able to attend.

“(The goal is) for the students to feel welcome in the building and to find something they’re interested in,” assistant principal Mike Roberson said. “I believe that if you are more than just a student, you’ll have a better experience.”
