What: This Saturday the Boys Cross Country team will head to regionals, facing off against west Michigan’s best teams including Rockford, Forest Hills Northern, East Grand Rapids and more. The boys are really going to have to put in maximum effort this weekend if they want to make it in the top three, which will push them to the state meet next weekend.

When: Regionals take place on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Allendale High school. The meet begins at 1:45. Forecasts are suggesting a cold, wet run for competitors around West Michigan.

They Said It: “The reason our team is doing so well this year is because everyone worked hard during the summer and we continued that effort throughout the season,” junior Aidan Martin said. “At regionals we hope to beat Rockford again but our main focus is making it to the state meet.”
