Senior Sports Editor Brianna Moynihan, loves sports. This is her third year on staff and second year as Sports Editor. You can often find Brianna in the bleachers at any Buccaneer sporting event or competing in a number of her own athletic activities. She is a firm believer that sports are the core foundation of our society. Her list of achievements include 5 statewide Michigan Interscholastic Press Association awards, captain of the JV tennis team, head statistician for the wrestling team, a 96 percent on the 12 page AP Lang research paper, the press award at Michigan’s Girls State, and was chosen as Michigan’s Girls Nation representative. She also shook hands with President Obama. But Brianna claims her greatest achievement was beating Luke Blauvelt in a game of PIG. In the near future you will probably see Brianna on the sidelines reporting on professional sports, hopefully interviewing Eli Manning.
